Emily and Josiah | Anniversary Shoot | Photography by Carina

Emily and Josiah were married last year and because I was already booked on their date, I was unable to photograph their wedding. So instead, we got together a year later and I did an anniversary shoot for them! It was really great getting to hang out with them. The two of them are really into biking around the city, so we of course had to have some great bike shots! I first took them to the Wissahickon, in Fairmount park. We from them stopped along Kelly Drive and explored a bit before heading back to their neighborhood for some more urban shots. This was the first anniversary shoot I’ve done with a couple, and I hope for many more!
Internship Opportunity
Carina and Amanda of Love Me Do Photography is now looking for Summer and Fall interns!
This is an un-paid position, with the opportunity of paid freelance work on occasion.
Interns will be expected to help with marketing/communications for the studio, as well as some administrative tasks such as printing, scanning, setting up and breaking down equipment, and maintaining our website, blog, and social media sites.
Interns will have the opportunity to assist on photo shoots both in and out of the studio, as well as minor photo editing.
Experience in photography is preferred, but not necessary. An interest in Wedding or Commercial Photography is a must. Basic Photoshop skills are a must. Most of all, a willingness to learn and motivation are key. Also, a good attitude and a fun personality!
Interns will learn the ins and outs of running a photography studio, network and marketing skills, and will have hand-on experience working with clients, other local businesses, and fellow artists around Philadelphia.
Please send a resume and cover letter, and a sample of photography related work if you have any, website links preferred, or web sized images via e-mail to carina@lovemedophotography.com
We’re excited to meet you!
Erin and Chris | Engagement Shoot | Photography by Carina

Erin and Chris are getting married later this year and for their engagement shoot we went around Philadelphia to some of their favorite spots to photograph them. We started out over by Franklin Field, the headed to the South Street bridge, and ended in China Town. Their dog, Penny, joined us at the end of the shoot. I had a great time spending the afternoon with them, and am excited to shoot their wedding this fall!
Michelle and Shayne | 3.10.11 | Photography by Carina and Amanda

Michelle and Shayne we married on a gorgeous March day in Cape May. The wedding took place at the Cape May Ocean Club Hotel. Michelle wore a gorgeous Vera Wang dress as well as her grandmother’s scarf. The event was planned and coordinated by Alicia Kurdyla [email: alicia.kurdyla@gmail.com], and flowers designed by Cape Wind. DJ and cinematography was performed by our good friends Tom and Jon of Hi-Society Productions. Our favorite part of the day was definitely when Michelle and Shayne saw each other for the first time. They are so sweet together! The couple also wrote love notes to one another and tossed them in a bottle into the ocean.
Now check out the sweet video reel from Hi-Society Productions!
Pooja and Matthew | 2.25.12 | Photography by Carina and Amanda

Pooja and Matthew’s wedding was our first traditional Indian wedding for Amanda and I, and we were very excited to be a part of this day! The wedding took place at Peche and was catered by Peachtree and Ward and Moghul. Pooja wore her sister’s traditional wedding dress which they picked out together in Mumbai, and later changed into a gorgeous dress custom made by Payal Singhal. There were many great performances throughout the night including bluegrass by Coal Town Rounders, a dance performance by Pooja’s cousin, Shikha, and friends Kesav and Samarjeet sang a song from her favorite bollywood movie, Sawan Ko Aane Do. Pooja’s sister and closest friends also surprised the couple with a Bollywood flashmob! Event planning was provided by Samantha Laws [lawsevents@gmail.com].
Thanks Pooja and Matthew for having us there to photograph your wedding!
