Love Me Do Photography

Chris and Leaya’s wedding was a very fun and unique one to photograph! Leaya looked stunning in her beautiful Vera Wang dress from Priscilla of Boston. The couple were married at PAFA surrounded by priceless pieces of art. PAFA recently opened a new plaza between the two buildings, where this amazing sculpture of a crashed plane was being installed to be a greenhouse. Our DJ friends, Roots and Groove provided the soundtrack of the day, and invitations were designed by Loveleigh Invitations. The colorful styling and planning was by the talented Kimberly Fink of Styled Creative. And a big thanks goes out to our trusty photobooth operator of the night, Sunny Miller!

This wedding was really one to remember! We even teared up with Chris while he was saying his vows to Leaya! Thanks Chris and Leaya for having us be a part of your day!

Melodee and Kris were married at the Curtis Center in Philadelphia. I was very honored to photograph Kris’s wedding, as he is an awesome photographer and I very much admire the work on his daily blog- check it out: Kris’s blog It was also great working with Ted Martinez, the event manager.

Erin and Jim’s wedding was held at the Mansion at Ridley Creek State Park. They had a fall themed affair, with pumpkins and gourds decorating the tables and a Thanksgiving-like meal for dinner including a pig roast by Diverse Catering! There were even apple-cider donuts for dessert. Erin rocked an adorable short dress and had a wonderful autumn colored bouquet. The dance party that ensued during the reception was so much fun! Jim’s cousin Nicholas performed with his band, Evolution, during the reception. Erin and Jim are a great couple and we are so happy to have been a part of their day!

Bibi and Kris’ wedding in Baltimore was a fun one filled with family and friends. The couple were wed at the Evergreen Museum and Library, which is a truly gorgeous venue. But before we headed there, we rolled into Hampden for some shots at places that are meaningful to the couple, such as the tattoo parlor where they got their matching tattoos! We had a blast photographing Bibi and Kris. They really are made for each other and that was apparent in the photos we took of them!

Emilie and Steve were married at the German Society of Philadelphia on Spring Garden. The gorgeous building housed both the ceremony and reception on a perfect fall day. Emilie and Steve were married in the library amidst thousands of old books, with dim lighting and enormous balloons tied to the seats. Friends and family pitched in and handmade all the decorations and favors. It was so much fun! Thanks so much Emilie and Steve for letting us be a part of your day!
